- Laboratory Tests: 5% discount (10% for senior citizens & OKU)
- Az-Zahrah Wellness Centre: 5% discount per session

2. Membership fee of RM12 only. If the child is a member of the Az-Zahrah Junior Club, they are entitled to free membership.

1. Membership card is non-transferable
2. Membership card is only valid for CASH payments
3. Membership card cannot be used together with other ongoing promotions
4. Membership is open to all customers of Hospital Islam Az-Zahrah
5. Membership card is valid for a lifetime
6. Replacement fee of RM10 applies for lost cards
7. Junior Club members are eligible for a free membership card from the age of 13 and above
